Inspiring Leaders of Today and Tomorrow
We are a team of 3 students pursuing a Master's in Management degree from the Technical University of Munich.
We covered the topic of Leadership 5.0 as part of our curriculum and project study, and wanted to make it accessible to a wider audience. This website is the end product of research conducted over the span of almost a year.
Our Story
2020 saw the world battle a deadly virus, Covid-19. In light of the pandemic and the restrictions that became the norm as a result of it, work environments, as we know it, underwent what is most certainly an irreversible change. Offices shifted to a total WFH (work from home) structure. This has created a new phenomenon of sorts, one that is called Virtual Leadership. We have examined various different papers to extract information on the subject and better analyze the theoretical framework behind the Leadership and Followership theories, Styles, Mindsets and Skills. We have compiled the information and presented the information so that our research reaches the masses and helps in smooth transitioning from Leadership 4.0 to Leadership 5.0.
